Cancellation conditions:

Registration is binding once the deposit has been paid. If the camper pulls out:
a) by May 31, 2011     -  cancellation fee is 25 % of the deposit.
b) by June 30, 2011    -  cancellation fee is 50 % of the deposit.
c) after June 30, 2011 -  cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit.

All cancellations must be done in writing; the date considered is the date cancellation arrives to the organizer.

Price includes:

Lodging

Board: 3 meals a day, 2 snacks a day, beverages throughout the day

Pedagogic leadership supervision 24 hours a day

Training schedule (on-ice: twice a day – 75 a 75 minutes, off-ice: gymnasium, playing field, swimming pool, sauna)

First aid

Accident insurance

Registration Conditions:
1. Correct age bracket and basic skating and puck-handling skills (at least two years training)

2. Registration is considered valid once the deposit will have been paid (by April 30, 2011). Bank information will be included in participation confirmation
3. What to bring: insurance card, complete hockey gear and equipment, athletic clothing and footwear for the gymnasium and playing fields, swimming needs (you will receive detailed information one to two weeks before the camp starts)
