On-ice training
- general hockey and skating fundamentals; figure skating fundamentals
- powerskating
- stickhandling techniques, shooting, puck-management and control
- stick handling, deking, faking,
- training sessions in small groups (5-6 players per trainer)
- our philosophy is that only correct run training has significance
- players are corrected by coaches 
- drills take place in small area
- drill the player to be attentive, to be creative and to react accordingly
- specialized trainings for each position (goalie, defenseman, forward)
- a complex development of flexibility skills, movement and hand-eye coordination
- game-like situations and races are an essential part of each training

Off-ice training
- a complex development of flexibility skills, movement coordination. perception, hand-eye coordination
- overall body development
- speed and dynamics training
- team-building games
- games and races
- stretching exercises – to correctly execute and to realize purpose of each exercise
- regeneration exercises

Goalie training
Specialized training for goalies takes place every day on and off the ice. Individual goalie training-session led by a goalie trainer takes place each training.

Team work
Players are divided up into teams. Each team has its own program, its own group leaders, its own supervisors, its own main coach and its own assistant coaches.

Training facilities
The ice arena is located on the outskirts of the town, which is about a ten-minute walk from the town’s center. There is a sports hall, a soccer field, a track and field stadium and cafeteria within the complex. The swimming pool is a ten-minute walk from the ice arena.
